This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you capture, upload, or review data on Openphysix as a contributor or reviewer. By accepting during onboarding or submitting clips, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of raw footage you capture. You grant Openphysix and downstream licensees the rights needed to operate the platform, fulfill task payouts, and license datasets as described on each listing — including the right to store, transcode, display previews, and distribute approved clips to licensed buyers.
Representations
- You have the right to submit the content and any visible persons or property have consented where required.
- Submissions follow task instructions, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
- You will not submit synthetic misrepresentations, duplicate spam, or content you know to be defective without disclosure.
Task payouts
Approved clips earn payouts according to the task terms at acceptance. Openphysix may withhold or claw back payments for rejected work, policy violations, or confirmed fraud. Payouts settle in USDC to your connected wallet.
Marketplace royalties
If your contributed data is included in a marketplace listing, you may receive ongoing royalty shares from license sales as disclosed on the listing. Royalty splits are calculated automatically; tax reporting is your responsibility.
Reviews
Reviewers must evaluate clips fairly and confidentially. Review decisions may trigger payouts. External reviewers who access token links agree to the privacy terms in our Privacy Policy.
Removal
You may request removal of unpublished submissions. Published or licensed data may remain available to existing licensees for the duration of their license term.
