This agreement ("License") is between Openphysix and the organization purchasing access to a listed dataset ("Licensee"). By completing checkout and confirming payment, the authorized representative agrees on behalf of Licensee.
Grant of rights
Subject to payment and compliance with this License, Openphysix grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the licensed dataset and associated API for internal research, development, and deployment of robotics and embodied-AI systems during the license term stated at purchase.
Permitted use
- Training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine learning models for robotics manipulation, navigation, and related tasks.
- Creating derivative works (models, benchmarks) for Licensee's internal products and published research with appropriate attribution where required by the dataset listing.
- Sharing aggregated, non-reconstructable statistics that do not expose raw clips or reconstruct individual episodes.
Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of raw dataset files, clips, or API credentials.
- No use for biometric identification, surveillance of identifiable individuals, or weapons development.
- No attempt to de-anonymize contributors or reverse-engineer capture environments beyond normal ML experimentation.
- Access credentials are organization-scoped; sharing outside Licensee requires a separate license.
Payment & term
License fees are due in USDC at checkout. The license activates upon on-chain confirmation and remains valid for the term displayed on the order summary unless terminated for breach. Renewal terms follow the listing at time of renewal.
Royalty split
For non-exclusive marketplace datasets, license revenue is split automatically between contributors and the Openphysix platform as disclosed at checkout. The original task publisher does not receive resale royalties unless separately agreed.
Warranty disclaimer
Datasets are provided as collected from contributors without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular application. Licensee assumes responsibility for validating data before production use.
Termination
Openphysix may suspend or revoke access for non-payment, credential sharing, or material breach. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use and delete cached copies within 30 days, except models already trained (which remain subject to use restrictions).
