These Terms govern access to and use of the Openphysix platform, including the task marketplace, data licensing, wallet features, and related APIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Openphysix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts & wallets
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and connected wallet. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Openphysix is not a custodian of your private keys.
Platform use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape licensed data, or interfere with platform operations.
- Follow task instructions, review guidelines, and applicable export or safety regulations for robotics data.
Contributions & licensing
Contributors grant rights described in the Contributor Agreement. Dataset buyers receive rights described in the Dataset License Agreement. Listing a dataset on the marketplace does not transfer ownership of underlying hardware or third-party IP you do not control.
Payments & fees
Task payouts, marketplace royalties, and platform fees are denominated in USDC on Base unless otherwise stated. Openphysix may withhold or reverse payouts when fraud, policy violations, or chargeback risk is identified.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee dataset quality, model performance, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openphysix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Openphysix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
